Judicial Process

 

China’s Judicial Branch has two meanings. The Judiciary enforces laws and does the prosecution cases. The Judiciary also has organs and organizations. The organs of the Judiciary are responsible for many things involved in cases, such as investigating, prosecuting, public notaries, etc. “This system comprises sub-systems for investigation, prosecution, trial procedures, jails, judicial administration, arbitration, lawyers, public notaries and state compensation.”(http://www.china.org.cn/english/Judiciary/25025.htm) This sophisticated Judicial system of China is about nature, organizational set up, mission, and the organs and organizations of the Judicial system.
